Random deskbar freezing

Description

Sometimes deskbar randomly freezes while running new app or when app opens new thread (most commonly). For example. Today deskbar frozen after starting Vision

It is really annoying and as far as i understand its releated with not working ACPI / APM in my MSI Wind laptop.

btw. Deskbar didnt freeze on R1 A1

btw, commonly desbar freezes few minutes after starting OS..
