WebPositive opens with fullscreen size after closing while in fullscreen mode

Description

However it is not actually in fullscreen mode. You have to use Ctrl+Alt to move the window to get to the resize widget.

When closing while in fullscreen mode it should remember the non-fullscreen size & location.
