WebPositive dont't handle e-mail links.

Description
If e-mail link opened need to open Mail application instead opening mail server domain.

Currently we get an "url cannot be shown". It looks like Web+ is trying to handle the URL itself, but it should instead delegate to the default handler for that url.
It's worth noting that typing a mailto url in the address bar works properly.
