No more drag&drop into Deskbar

Description

This is hrev37415.

It used to be possible to add a link to any file to the Deskbar menu (i.e. ~/config/be/) by dragging the file over the Deskbar so that it expands, and then dropping it where you want it. This doesn't work anymore...

This backtrace seems to be the same as #3075.

Yeah, that's unrelated to humdinger's issue.
