Description
This is hrev38627.
It'd be nice to be able to set in- and outpoints for playback just like with the half-circle controls in Soundrecorder.

Haiku revision: hrev42211 still a bug. There was no in/out point in mediaplayer for playback . System: Haiku hrev1-alpha3 on VMware workstation 8 on windows 7 32 bit
