Bug Switching Workplace with keyboard

Description
I'm using one of the latests nightly builds (with SAT enabled).
To reproduce: 1) Go to a workplace which which is on the second row. 2) Start the File-Browser (it should have focus) 3) try to Cntrl+Alt+"arrow up" to switch to an workplace in the first row -> doesn't work.
If the File Browser has no focus, it works correclty.
For the "directions" (left,right, down) it works even if the file-browser has focus, just for "up" it doesn't work.

This is obviously a bug in Tracker itself, as it should not intercept this shortcut (might be a problem in the Interface Kit in the end, though).

To add to this: The "File Browser" is any Tracker window. :) This only happens when using "Single window browsing". Taking the window with you with SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+UP works.
