[ShowImage] Stretch to window option doesn't always work

Description
This is hrev39636 gcc4hybrid.
Stretch to window seems to work randomly and when it works it doesn't stretch to window if I decrease window size.

It only affects the image when you change the option, and when you open a new image. It has no other effect outside of this; it only affects how fit to window works.
Feel free to suggest something else.
