Use "Restart" on install screen button instead of "Quit"

Description
The install program last screen has a "Quit" button and text explaining to click Quit to restart.
I think changing the button to Restart would be more helpful than text explaining what to do.

Finally looking at this, sorry for the delay brixen. It definitely makes sense and I've finally fixed it in hrev42239.
