Request: Allow renaming of mail filters

So far (hrev40624), it's not possible to rename mail filters. Distinguishing between rule categories (spam filter, rule filter, ...) is easy. However, if you have to use several different rule filters that have to be regularily edited, it gets confusing. Would it be possible to have a naming scheme along the lines of "filter category - user defined name", e.g. "Rule Filter - Move to archive folder", "Rule Filter - Mark mails from blacklisted colleagues as read", etc?
