Description

A simple patch, to automatically download & install wiki:R1/Alpha3/ReleaseNotes to the Desktop.

Posting this here for review, as it could go directly in branches/releases/r1alpha3

Possibly, the filename could be changed from "R1_Alpha_3_Release_Notes" to simply "Release Notes"

I agree it should just be named Release Notes. I have applied the patch and am currently testing it with the name change (I'm concerned due to the space.) Taking ownership.
