printserver print to pdf crashes

Description (last modified by scottmc)

I tried printing a pdf from bepdf but the print server crashed. I took a screenshot of the crash. I then opened the .png of that screenshot using showimage and tried to print that to a pdf, this time it worked.

Also note that the PDR Write dialog box text isn't showing up correctly, just a lower portion of it is seen, see screenshot.

Summary: printserver print to pdf crashes and/or prints to pdf upside down → printserver print to pdf crashes

I had the pdf checked a different system and it was right-side-up, so updated the ticket to reflect just the crash.

I will fix this soon by using the layout API.

Version: R1/alpha3 → R1/Development

R1 Alpha 3 has not yet been released. This was with an R1 Alpha 3 Release Candidate image.
