Description
It seems the background color of BTab is B_PANEL_BACKGROUND_COLOR , perhaps it would be a good idea to introduce a method, which can change the background color, so that one can have also colored tabs.

Menu -> Preferences -> Appearances -> Colors -> Windows Tab
He means the tabs in a BTabView, not the tabs on the windows.
