media won't play on latest nightly

regardless of format, media does not play on the latest nightly.

general system error is given, though file type seems to be identified.

Using rev43809 (gcc2h).

I think it's not exactly "regardless of format" if media doesn't play in MediaPlayer. MP3s and MP4s (H.264 / AVC / MPEG-4 AVC / MPEG-4 part 10) work for me, but DVDs don't play (I think DVDs worked in alpha3 - not sure if I ever tried).

I just re-tested hrev43809-2hn and had absolutely no problems playing any media files.

Did you build your own image? I used one from haiku-files.org.

I'm sorry, I meant to report back on this one it totally sliped my mind. Close as invalid. I had some kind of disk corruption issue, somewhere, that borked allot of stuff. Please close.
