Tracker Preferences opens on the workspace it was last closed on.

Description
Tracker Preferences is opening on the last workspace it was used on rather than the workspace it is invoked on, so you have to click on it in the Deskbar list to bring it to the current workspace (or navigate to the workspace it's actually on).
