Description

Reserve space in address bar and in tabs for an icon to avoid text/url jumping.

Or use globe icon as a stub for favicon.

Yeah a long time ago I actually made some code which did this, but using a more gray plain globe icon like Chrome used to use (Chrome now seems to use a piece of paper icon, I preferred the globe.) Here is the globe icon I mean (in the URL bar):

I made my own version with HVIF. I should be able to find that icon and the code on my old Haiku development box, hopefully.

Implemented in hrev46675.

Could use a better icon, however.
