"Applications" in Deskbar prefs not translated

This is hrev45105.
This isn't so much a Deskbar issue, but how the build system treats duplicate strings for translation, I guess.
The Deskbar preferences have the tab heading "Applications".
In the catkeys, there's already a
B_USER_DESKBAR_DIRECTORY/Applications
so the other "Applications" from the preference window isn't added, as it'd be a duplicate. Unfortunately, this B_USER_DESKBAR_DIRECTORY/Applications only gets translated, if that specific option in the Locale preferences is activated (an option that has a bug making it unusable).
It follows, that "Applications" in the Deskbar prefs won't show up translated...

They should use different contexts or comments to avoid a conflict, as they are different use of the same string.

I have this problem too, but now I use the 45169, and this problem solved for me (for Hungarian).
