i18n: overall translation status

Description
I think it would be useful if the users can see the overall translation status under the language name (the first row). Every time when I login I need to scroll down all of the translations if there is a fuzzy, untranslated doc or not. It would be much more easier if the user could see the translation percentage under the language name. This would be similar as on the Pootle:

Now at least when viewing only one language you can click the column to sort it. I'll have a look at implementing this at some point.
