Well some parts has to be provided. Like in the example to get more porting
possible there has to be some decisions been done. To port Linux heavy
designs there should be good support for XLib. To get these groundworks
some decisions has to be made like implementing something like XSDL:
https://github.com/pelya/xserver-xsdl. To me if we have some kind of forum
to talk about this i could raise the topic there; I cannot work alone on
big projects like that. So I will get straight into the point:
 - Does core team have plans to support Xlib, pulseaudio etc or where does
these discussions take place?
 - Do core team review codes; If so what are the requirements?

I cannot start such big projects on my own. Also I at least expect
discussions and code reviews for big projects. So I think I made my point
clear; Without discussion for such topics there wont be decisions, without
decisions been done risks are too high with lack of code reviews and
planner,
