#10940 closed bug (fixed)

ALT+OPT+CursorUp/Down doesn't close Tracker windows anymore

Description

This is hrev47363.

ALT+OPT+CursorUp/Down a Tracker window should close the window while opening the selected file/folder. It doesn't anymore. I feel that this is a quite recent regression, but can't say with which revision it definitely worked last...

My wild-ass-guess is that it occured circa hrev47362 ; if I understand correctly this changeset is in a system-wide keyboard "catcher" so it could affect (among others) Tracker shortcuts no ? Hopefully that can be fixed without reverting the change completely or dsuden is going to be disappointed 8-)

The fix to Shortcuts shouldn't interfere when it has no handler for a particular keyboard combination.

Also, FWIW, I have this problem on hrev47342 as well. I also can't OPT-double-click on a folder to hide the parent window either.

Gotta take that back.. I'm in hrev47358 here and the regression is already there.. So dunno when it happened (though I, too, remember using alt-opt-cursor successfully no long ago). I think the shortcut works on a friend's laptop that's running 47330 or whereabouts, will check to be sure.

Edit: Jessica beat me to it :-)

I'll take this one, probably broke it in recent Tracker changes.
