    1 Yes, usb_floppy should be merged with usb_disk *and* they should both be made to use the generic SCSI code instead of rolling their own thing with a subset of the commands.
     1Yes, usb_floppy should be merged with usb_disk *and* they should both be made to use the generic SCSI code instead of rolling their own thing with a subset of the commands. But, this may be a problem as using some SCSI commands will confuse some mass storage devices (eg. mobile phones, MP3 players) which implement exactly the subset of the spec used by windows mass storage drivers.
