    55But I usualy only click on my wireless network once to get a connection.
    66No Settings window was showing up... telling me to store the settings... which I already did...

     8Before I was able to start the Wifi by using the NetworkStatus in the Deskbar only... right click and choose my Wifi-Network... That was and is ok for me...
