    2222   My thought it. Pass the selection of sample rate to the application. this leaves the API open to DAW developers. also putting in a bootstrap type of mode for audio hardware control and IO blocking. Highly recomened.

     25    If up sampling needs doing. put it on the application or create a api handle for it. if x=y then do z, if x=f then do b.
