[Installer] disable Show optional packages — at Version 7

Show optional packages is still not implemented yet which could confuse users. Let's disable (hide) it for the beta2.

The view reappears after installation is complete.

Can we make this work instead? At least a checkbox to not install source packages would be awesome.

Hopefully, it will be unchecked by default.
