    1 1. Monitor EDID info is missing.
    2 2. Same monitor setup works on FreeBSD/Linux/Win distros.
    3 3. Fail-safe VESA driver works fine.
    4 4. Tested intel_extreme at various screen resolutions/Standard BGA. Same issue.
     11. Monitor EDID info is missing (not read from monitor).
     22. VMEM info seems missing.
     33. Same monitor setup works on FreeBSD/Linux/Win distros.

     66. Did the Screen->Preferences->Apply trick. Same issue.
