collectcatkeys is wrongly collecting strings from src/preferences/time — at Initial Version

Description
This was reported though Pootle. The catkeys for src/preferences/time contains the string "The following error occured while synchronizing:r\n%s" This seems to come from Time.cpp line 106. This is odd, because it is not wrapped in a B_TRANSLATE macro.
I have searched the tree for the string "The following error occured while synchronizing" and there is no other place with this string.
I have added the generated catkeys file in the attachments.
