Description
Seen on hrev52849 x86_gcc2:
WebPositive doesn't open a new session with the start page location chosen in Window/Settings.
Instead it opens with the situation that was active at the end of the previous session.
This can also mean multiple tabs.

Yes, that's the expected behavior currently, but saving/restoring the session should be a setting, and support for named sessions should be added.

I had a look at my main browser Waterfox, and it has not only a setting for 'Home page', but also a 'When Waterfox starts:' setting.
So I was assuming these were the same. It would be nice to have this in WebPositive too, though.

Should be implemented (except the mentioned support for "named sessions", which I personally think is overkill) in hrev52860.

Isn't restoration of the previous session the expected behaviour?
When launching cleanly (with no windows open), it restores the previous session.
On the other hand, when opening a new window, it respects the settings specified in the General tab. Open start page, open a search page, and open a blank page are all working correctly on new windows.
Also, when clicking on the start-page / "home" icon, the specified start page is also loaded.
