Description
This is hrev54172.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Koder.
- Press Alt+N 1 time.
- Detach 2-nd tab by windows key.
- 2-nd tab is detached, but not repainted and old contents are leaved on screen.

It’s visible in this beta 2 review video, mark 3:28. I can reproduce it as well.

It should be fixed since hrev54151 but I must have missed something.
Is there a guarantee that the tabs are always listed left to right in TabRect() indices? Because if that's not the case, the optimisation used there to compute the rectangle from just the first and last tab, would not work.

FWIW, I cannot reproduce, still being on hrev54134, 32bit.
