[HaikuDepot] Cannot reopen HD window if download in progress

Description
Steps:
- Start a download
- Close HD window
- Try to open the HD window again via clicking the application name
Expected:
- Spawn a new HD window
Actual:
- Cannot spawn a new HD window
- HD entry is still in Deskbar, but there is no selection for the HD window, or an option to start one

Not really, tried supertuxkart and after clicking "Install" output I got is below:

Exit application through Deskbar is not functioning as well.
There is also this question to be resolved: should closing the window terminate the download, or canceling download should exclusively done by a "Cancel" button?

Exit application through Deskbar is not functioning as well.
That probably means freeze of BApplication thread. Getting stack trace by SystemManager, Debugger or KDL bt
command may be helpful.
