Description (last modified by )
There is a Dexp laptop (OEM Clevo 950 bcn) on a Celeron N3050 processor. Haiku refuses to boot without additional options. After a hint from loobpack, I added add-ons/kernel/power/cpufreq/intel_pstates
to the blacklist. The system started to load.

From https://dev.haiku-os.org/wiki/ReportingBugs, Point 3:
Mention which revision from GIT you are running. You can find this out in the 'About Haiku' application, in the Deskbar menu. Also mention what kind of Haiku build you are testing (32 or 64bit, gcc2 or gcc7 only, ...). The downloadable images are named accordingly, for a self-built image you should know how you built it.
