Translate devices names in Input preferences panel — at Initial Version

Description
On input preferences, the device list contains only English device names for the available input devices: USB Keyboard 1, PS/2 Mouse 1, USB Tablet 1, etc.
It would be better if the names can be localizable.
And is it possible to add the vendor/product name too when selecting a device? This would provide more information to the user about the selected device.
Devices tested on a Lenovo T14 laptop with trackpoint, touchpad and touchscreen using hrev54608 x86_64 nightly image.
