Component: - General Version: R1/beta3

Description (last modified by dcatt)

I discovered that the menu folders that are usually found in ~/config/settings/deskbar/menu are missing in beta3. They can still be found in beta2.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. download both b2 and b3 releases...
  2. boot into beta2 live
  3. using Tracker, traverse to home > config > settings > menu
  4. observe that the Applications, Demos, Desktop applets and Preferences folders appear
  5. boot into beta3 live
  6. using Tracker, traverse to home > config > settings > menu
  7. (BUG) observe that the Applications, Demos, Desktop applets and Preferences folders do not appear

Expected Results

I would expect that ~/config/settings/deskbar/menu directory to have the Applications, Demos, Desktop applets and Preferences folders.

Actual Results

Currently, in beta3, the ~/config/settings/deskbar/menu directory does not have the Applications, Demos, Desktop applets and Preferences folders.
