    44* libsolv needs a recipe for a new version
    55* libsolv needs built locally for a new version on every architecture and branch
     6  * We can't build via buildmaster as a new libsolv of a new ABI would break every haiku install (nightly or release) that doesn't have the matching updated haiku.hpkg.
