Description
This is somewhat related to #9391.
The "Shortcuts" preference panel uses currently uses different styles of key names (the keycap name or the internal/function name) for different keys.
In particular, the Shift, Control and Option columns refer to the current key function, whereas the Alt column refers to the keycap used by the Command key by default (which is Ctrl in my case).
It would be less confusing if Alt was changed to Command.
It would probably be even less confusing if instead of the function names all these columns referred to the current keycap used for the specific functionality (as is done in app menus). I do realize that this is probably more difficult and may even still be ambiguous when non-matching keyboard keys are used by the function.
