That's the maximum frequency of the Iiyama North America X2483/2481 display. Unless there's a change with the same display connected, there's no regression here. If it is indeed the same display connected the same way, this is in fact an improvement, as its characteristics were not detected before and they are now.

The 100 Hz frequency is out of spec for that display.
R1Beta4: the monitor data is not detected, some common frequencies are shown and the user has to check the specifications for their monitor to choose a safe one.
hrev57804: the monitor data is detected and only the unsupported frequencies are not shown.
