Can you try running this again on the same hardware with a newer version of Haiku? Also if any extra libs are needed please list which ones.

Unfortunately, this new build does not work on my system, and pestering devs on irc to close the ticket is not helpful.
I'm not sure how to continue this issue. Moring it to haiku-ports might be the best solution.

If it's a problem with the app itself as opposed to an actual bug in Haiku itself, then yes it should move to haiku-ports. Nothing here yields enough information to determine that one way or another though.

There is now a newer build of Quake3, that does work for many more ppl, including me. It definitely was an app issue and not Haiku.
