Possibly an issue with newly register users trying to create tickets.
Haven't tried myself, but the following log from #haiku explains:
[09:30] <syst3mcr4sh_> hello people... can someone help me with dev.haiku-os.org? After I log in I can't create a new ticket. I registered yesterday. Is this normal? I press new ticket and Trac gives me this output "Error: Forbidden TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation" [09:40] <umccullough> interesting [09:40] <syst3mcr4sh_> tried once more right now [09:40] <umccullough> must be a recent change broke something [09:40] <umccullough> logged out and back in? [09:40] <syst3mcr4sh_> yeap. [09:41] <umccullough> I'll post a ticket
