Description (last modified by )
In VMware, you can release control of a virtual machine (thereby regaining control of your host OS) by pressing Ctrl + Alt.
Sometimes you can go into KDL by doing this in VMware:
- Start up Haiku.
- Around the time it gets to the boot screen, press Ctrl + Alt to release
input/control.
- When it finishes loading, move the mouse around (if not already in KDL).
I haven't pinpointed it down to be able to reproduce it 100% every time; it's very erratic.
Revision Linux build, running in VMware Workstation 5.5 on Windows XP.

I was able to reproduce a similar crash in ps2_service_thread. Working on this problem now...
