    1 New log file with ACPI disabled on the motherboard altogether. I don't think the settings in the safeboot mode are being kept. Regardless of what I change, IOAPIC does not seem to become active.
     1New log file with ACPI disabled on the motherboard altogether. I don't think the settings in the safeboot mode are being kept or the kernel drive file is misconfigured ??? Operator error maybe?. Regardless of what I change, IOAPIC does not seem to become active. I did not clear the log file after log.7 so log .8 is a boot with the mps table rev 1.1 and with APIC disabled altogether.
