    1 AIO system interface is considered optional for UNIX V7 (POSIX.1-2008) and POSIX 2003 compatibility/compliance - and not widely used overall. Some cases like Boost 1.80, OpenZFS, cross-platform filesystem drivers may currently use AIO so noted this for future Haiku porting (Haikuports) purposes versus core OS usage.
