    22but that occurs only when playing with the mediaplayer not with vlc,and the cpu goes 100%.

     5Interesting, I see 2 things:
     61.  Quite a lot of errors from the H264 decoder in the stream.
     72.  The preferred output is RGB24_BIG but we reset to RGB32.

     111.  Are you able to upload the video or a sample?
     122.  Is your screen set to 24bit?

     14From your description I suspect that the RGB32 is being read as RGB24.  Are you able to test this by changing the screen to a true 32 bit?
