can you try again with hrev38665 or newer? There was a BeAE bug fixed in BeAE r-22 build, but it may or may not have fixed what you are seeing.

Ok thats alot better. I got a KDL on exit from the program and a KDL loading a mpeg.
Here is the screen shot of the mpeg kdl. It seemed to get pissed off I didn't save the file after trying the effects. Most everything seems to work ok.
VST support would be nice. I have alot and I mean ALOT of vsts.

You are confused about what a "KDL" is. KDL stands for Kernel Debugging Land and usually refers to a crash of the kernel, or a kernel panic. The GDB session in your screenshot is just a regular application crash. At the GDB prompt, it is useful information if you type "bt" (for backtrace), which gives the call stack that lead up to the crash. In this case, the application crashes in it's own code. It could mean different things: The app does something wrong which happened to work by pure luck on BeOS. Or Haiku does something wrong which causes BeAE to trip.

As a tip, "Platform" refers to what Haiku is compiled for. x86-64 is in the very early stages of development.
