Quitting MediaPlayer does not save window position

Description
When closing MediaPlayer by Command-W it saves the window position. When quitting the app via Command-Q it does not.

System: Haiku R1Alpha4 on Virtualbox v4.2.4r81684.
Bug is still present. Moving the MediaPlayer window then closing it with Command-Q does not save position. Command W saves the position.

I see in the code why this is happening. The quit path between the window and the app is a bit complicated.
