    3 I tested today using a bootable USB and not the CD.  It is working fine with that.  I can tell you that I have used this same CD/DVD Rom (USB) a few days ago to install Ubuntu and it was fine.  I have also installed Aroa and Syllable from this same CD/DVD Rom to this laptop without issue.  Does this change what you need from me?

    55However, now I am getting "Hiku loader not found" when trying to boot from HD.  On a side note.  The USB install Partition is called "Haiku" and the partition I created on the HD is also called "haiku"
