    11I have an acer aspire timeline 4810tz and get the right video mode (1366x768 @ 60hz) with the intel extreme graphics 2 (GM45) in alpha3, but when i tried the latest gcc2 x86 hybrid nightly 42795, i got a black screen with intel and had to use fail safe to get 1024x768.  I am hopefully including the files I have access to that were mentioned in the submitting patches section.  Hopefully this information is useful in resolving the issue.

     3I just realized the info I have is from the working alpha3 graphics information.  if this would be useful, i can attach the rest of em.  if its not, I won't bother.  I can try to install the nightly that screws up and get that output information as well.  Let me know what will be helpful.
