    1 I should clarify that this happens no matter the CPU load. Like an otherwise idle system. The note about the video is to demonstrate that the resources to draw the cursor are so great that otherwise smooth video causes frames to start dropping (and severely too). I'll try capture a video later to demonstrate :)
