initial v1 1 My tracker accepts only locally stored torrents (so no uploading of new ones). You may then have to send me the torrent (with or without my tracker added doesn't matter, I check it anyway) so I can upload it.1 My tracker accepts only locally stored torrents (so no uploading of new ones).
