    5251 * The `include` directory has been removed. Its contents lives in `develop/headers` now.
    5352 * `optional` has been removed. Optional features can just be installed via the package manager.
    54  * `common/share` has been removed. Its contents goes to `common/data` or `common/documentation`.
     53 * `common/share` and `common/etc` have been removed. Their contents goes to `common/data`, `common/documentation`, or `common/settings` as appropriate.
    5554 * `apps` and `preferences` have been moved to `common` for consistency, though symlinks remain for convenience.
    5655 * `common`, `home/config` and `system` each sport a `packages` directory, which contains the activated packages.
