[Backgrounds] haiku logo plays 'hide and seek'

Description

clean install, r25203

1) Open Backgrounds * Select Image to None * Change the colors * Do not close Backgrounds * Press Apply

So far, so good.

* Change only the colors again * Press Apply Haiku logo is back! * Do not close Backgrounds

* Change the colors again * Press Apply Haiku logo is hidden! * do not close Backgrounds

* Change the colors * Press Apply Haiku logo is back!

* Close the Backgrounds window * Go back to step 1

If you want to terminate 'hide and seek' before close Backgrounds, select Image to None. Next time that Backgrounds will run it will behaves normally.
