Description

Updates the gcc2 build of NetSurf to revision 9862. At this time gcc4 has not been attempted. This build resolves the interference with BeZillaBrowser, eg ​OSDrawer ticket386

I succeeded in making a GCC4 build, but I am not sure if it is useful at all. Only for people with pure GCC4 builds. Should I still make and upload a package?

Well the devs have a tendency to break the C89 in the core code as they don't really care that much, so at least making sure we can use the gcc4 version would be nice, as don't always have time to fix it.

If you do, please utilize netsurf-gcc2's supplementary files: .OptionalPackageDescription & common/*. The .OptionalPackageDescription utilizes SourceURL fields and also credits MNG.
