PANIC: could not allocate parent - KDL (system slows to an almost freeze or kernel panics when checking out haiku svn trunk.)

Description

I've tried this several times and every time after a few minutes of downloading the system will suddenly slow to an almost freeze.

I'm not out of memory or drive space, the CPUs aren't pegged or anything...

I got a KDL earlier on my second try and took a shot of it.

I'm in nightly r35808 (haiku-nightly-r35808-x86gcc4hybrid-vmware) in virtualbox 3.1.4.

  • Summary changed from system slows to an almost freeze or kernel panics when checking out haiku svn trunk. to PANIC: could not allocate parent - KDL (system slows to an almost freeze or kernel panics when checking out haiku svn trunk.)

As the 'syslog' attachment shows, each time the system basically freezes or crashes we're at the spot in the 'syslog' with all the
